Pet Friendly Apartments Lakeland
Audubon Oaks understands the important role your furry companion plays in your life. That's why your four-legged friends are always welcome. We know your pets will love Audubon Oaks because there is plenty of area to walk, we have a dog park, and provide everything you need to pick up after your pets. Resident shall not keep or have any pet in the Apartment or on or about the grounds of the Apartment Community without the express prior written consent of Landlord, and then only on such terms and conditions as Landlord may require.
Accepted Ages & Breeds
There is a two pet maximum and puppies less than six months in age or aggressive pets (i.e. German Shepard, Rottweiler, Pitbull, Chow-Chow, Boxer and Dobermans or any mix thereof) are not allowed in the Apartment or on or about the grounds of the Apartment Community. We have a weight limit of 75lbs per pet.
In addition to the rental and the Security Deposit provided for herein, if written consent is received, Resident agrees to pay one-time non-refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $200 for each pet that is to be kept in or about the premises or elsewhere within the Apartment Community. In addition thereto, Resident shall be required to pay an additional refundable Pet Deposit in the amount of $200.00 for each pet. This Pet Fee and additional Pet Deposit shall be payable upon signing the Lease or prior to bringing the animal into the premises or Apartment Community.
Keeping Your Pet Leashed
Furthermore, all pets shall be leashed when outside of the premises in accordance with City/County leash laws and are not permitted in any recreational area; clubhouse, pool, fitness center, or leasing office. Animal Control will be called to remove any animal that is not leashed.
The Landlord reserves the right to refuse to allow Resident to keep or have any pet by giving Resident seven (7) days written notice to remove pet(s) from the Premises for any reason including, but not limited to, noise, barking, disturbances, damage, threatening behavior towards other Residents or staff of Landlord. In the event the pet(s) are not removed after notice, Resident will be subject to eviction. Resident(s) agree that keeping a pet on the Premises is a revocable privilege and not a right.
