Pet Policy
All applicants must complete a Pet Screening as part of the application process. Pet Fee shall be payable prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. PooPrints DNA testing, pet interview and weight check is done at move-in. Aggressive breeds (i.e. German Shepard, Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Chow-Chow, Boxer, Doberman Pinscher, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Mastiff Breeds, Cane Corso, Siberian Husky, Great Dane, and Wolf Breeds or any mix thereof) are not allowed on the premises.
Each household may have a maximum of two pets. A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $450 is required for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. We have a weight restriction of 75 lbs per dog. There is no monthly pet rent. We also allow hamsters, birds, reptiles, turtles, fish, and rabbits. Fish tanks are limited to a maximum of 55 gallons and must be approved by management. One-time pet fees and the two pet maximum is only applicable to cats and dogs.
NO APPROVALS, REGARDLESS OF VERBAL REPRESENTATIONS, SHALL BE GRANTED UNLESS THE PET IS A DOCUMENTED SERVICE ANIMAL OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL AS CONFIRMED BY PET SCREENING.
